1. Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC. 2. Experience in writing clear and effective test cases and test scenarios. 3. Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) 4. Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation 5. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 7. Good communication and teamwork abilities 8. Exposure to API testing (Postman or similar tools) 9. Experience in Test case design, Web/mobile application testing. 10. Ability to understand and work with Japanese documentation
